Sarah Bothe joined HUTH DIETRICH HAHN in 2021 and advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law as well as M&A transactions. She also advises international companies on foreign trade law.

Sarah Bothe grew up in Schleswig-Holstein and studied law at the University of Kiel and Lyon, France. After graduating, she gained her first professional experience in a commercial law firm in Hamburg before joining the Department of Tax Law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg as a research assistant. She completed her legal traineeship in Bavaria at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg, amongst others with stations at the Chamber for Commercial Matters and a law firm specialising in insolvency law. In addition, Sarah Bothe completed training as a business mediator.
