Sebastian Kühl combines entrepreneurial experience in investments, acquisitions, restructurings and corporate actions with in-depth knowledge of mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, project and asset development and financing as well as plant engineering.

Born and raised in Hamburg, Sebastian Kühl studied law there, received his doctorate on a comparative law topic on arbitration and subsequently worked for several years for a Hamburg-based foreign trade company in Hamburg, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has been practicing law since 1988, starting in 1992 as a partner of Feddersen Laule pp, later White & Case LLP, and from 2001 as Executive Partner of the Hamburg office and Finance Partner for Germany. At the end of 2007, he left White & Case to become a partner in a Hamburg investment company. He practiced law in parallel and has been a partner of HUTH DIETRICH HAHN since 2014.
